Monitoring and Evaluation is the key element after proper planning and execution of the project which insure the success of the project. ABCDC always gives high priority to M&E plan during project implementation. As every project has different goals from other project therefore we develop M&E plan for each project according to the set goals of the project. . Our Engineers enter field reports on the pre-programmed forms on smartphones and tablets and sends it to the general server. The sent reports are analyzed and evaluated by proficient supervisors and corrective directions are given on the related issues.
